Hi, I’m LISA
I believe bravery changes everything.
Not the loud, reckless kind. The quieter kind. The kind that asks you to trust yourself, back your instincts, challenge convention, and move toward the thing that feels slightly out of reach.
That belief has shaped almost every chapter of my life.
I’ve spent the last 15+ years building brands, leading teams, and shaping creative work across global markets — including a decade in London, work in China, the US and now based here in Sydney, Australia.
As a Global Creative Director, I’ve worked at the intersection of strategy, design and culture, helping brands find sharper positioning, stronger stories, and more meaningful ways to connect.
But the work I’m most drawn to has always gone deeper than brands.
I’m fascinated by human potential — what makes people hold themselves back, what helps them move forward, and what becomes possible when clarity, courage and self-belief finally align.
Today, I coach at the intersection of creativity, leadership, resilience and optimisation.
I work with people who know they’re capable of more — creatively, professionally, physically or personally — and want support bridging the gap between where they are and what’s next.
Whether through coaching, speaking, mentoring, creative leadership or biohacking insights, my work is about the same thing:
Creating the conditions for transformation.
Because often, the biggest shifts in our lives don’t come from becoming someone else.
They come from having the courage to become more fully ourselves.
My approach is shaped as much by personal experience as professional one.
I know what it feels like to be underestimated. To feel like the quieter person in the room. To build resilience through challenge. To rebuild yourself more than once.
After navigating my own health challenges and recovery journey, I became deeply immersed in biohacking, longevity, nervous system regulation, nutrition and performance optimisation. What began as personal necessity became a long-term obsession: understanding how to feel, think and perform.
